DESIGN-BUILD PROCESS
Because we are a local Arizona area Design & Build technology company, we will be with you through each step of the process – from conception all the way to long term maintenance. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and thereby providing a desired end result.
We take responsibility for all phases of the residential or commercial audio video and integrated technology work. This includes the needs assessment, system design, engineering, installation, commissioning, training, and service. Below is a just a small part that we can provide to you!
1. Discovery Process:
Every home or commercial project begins with a conversation. In the discovery process, we listen to the needs and desires of our clients. The first interviews are relaxed but purposeful. We are endeavoring to balance your wants and requirements with the technological realities and any budget constraints and built-in the system you desire.
2. System Design:
After gathering all relevant information, we create a detailed report laying out the plan. For each room, our system defines all aspects of the project. We create an extensive set of project drawings that show exactly where all pre-wire drops and hardware will be located. We also lay out all labor and hardware that will be required. Then we will meet with you again to deliver this information and receive your feedback and approval.
3. Engineering
Once we have your approval of the project price and system design, our team of engineers will plan and produce drawings and documents. The layout is carefully created to meet the client’s needs while ensuring the technical reliability and strength of the system.
4. Implementation Process
We are now ready to install the infrastructure like low voltage wiring, conduit and enclosures. We select and purchase all audio, video and networking equipment and assemble it. We will work with the client to fine-tune each aspect to their specifications, and we won’t consider the job complete until they are 100% satisfied with the result. Once installation is complete, all documents are updated to an as-built state.
5. Service & Support
The client will receive this as-built documentation at the final sign-off. But that does not end our relationship and you can always contact us for whatever you might need. The delivery of the as-built documentation and programming source code ensures that the home or business owner can protect their investment. We will honor all manufacturer warranties, plus a 12-month workmanship warranty.
